Last updated: July 23, 2026

This policy explains what information Evo Strength Ltd. collects when you use our website and the SLP-90™ program, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.

1. Who we are

This website and the SLP-90™ program are operated by Evo Strength Ltd. ("Evo Strength", "we", "us"), registered in Ontario, Canada.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly

  • Contact details — your name and email address when you request the Structural Health Self-Assessment or begin an application.
  • Application information — the answers you provide in our application form, which may include your training history, goals, and health-related information such as pain, injuries, and physical limitations.
  • Consultation information — notes and information you share during a Diagnostic Call or coaching session.
  • Coaching information — if you enrol, information you share throughout the program, which may include health status, progress, measurements, photos or video you choose to submit, and lifestyle details.
  • Correspondence — messages you send us by email or through our platforms.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring page.
  • Cookies and similar technologies used by our website platform to keep the site working and to measure general usage.

Payment information

When you enrol, your payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive only a confirmation of payment and limited details such as the last digits of the card, billing name, and billing address.

3. Health-related information

Because SLP-90™ is a physical training program, some of what you tell us is health-related. We treat this information as sensitive. We collect it only to assess whether the program is appropriate for you and to design and adjust your coaching. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising. You choose how much detail to share — but withholding relevant health information may make the program unsafe or unsuitable for you.

4. How we use your information

  • To deliver the Structural Health Self-Assessment you requested.
  • To review your application and decide whether the program is a fit.
  • To schedule and conduct your Diagnostic Call.
  • To deliver, personalise, and adjust your coaching if you enrol.
  • To process payments and issue receipts.
  • To send you service messages (booking confirmations, reminders, account and purchase information).
  • To send marketing emails about our programs — only where permitted, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To maintain security, prevent misuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

5. Legal bases

We rely on: your consent (for marketing emails and for sharing health information); performance of a contract (to deliver the program you purchased); our legitimate interests (to operate and secure our business); and legal obligations (such as tax and accounting records).

6. Service providers we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers who help us operate:

  • Kajabi — website, landing pages, forms, email delivery, member accounts, and checkout.
  • Our payment processor (Kajabi Payments / Stripe) — to process your payment securely.
  • Typeform — to collect application responses.
  • Calendly — to schedule your Diagnostic Call.
  • Google Workspace / Google Meet — for email correspondence and video calls.
  • Messaging platforms you choose to communicate with us on (for example Instagram or WhatsApp).

These providers process your information on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

7. International transfers

We are based in Canada and serve clients internationally, including in the United States and Greater China. Our providers may store or process data outside your country of residence. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected.

8. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and applications that don't proceed — generally up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised.
  • Client records — for the duration of your program and a reasonable period afterwards for support, continuity, and legal or tax purposes.
  • Financial records — as long as Canadian tax and accounting rules require.
  • Marketing contacts — until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data.

9. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
  • Withdraw your consent — including unsubscribing from marketing at any time.
  • Provide a copy of your information in a portable format.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you are in Canada and are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

10. Marketing emails

If you request the assessment or opt in, we may email you about SLP-90™ and related offerings. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect promptly. Service messages related to a purchase or a booked call are not marketing and may still be sent.

11. Security

We use reputable platforms and take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects you, we will notify you as required by law.

12. Children

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
